Bio
After graduating from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2003, I began teaching piano in Ottawa while continuing my piano and theory studies with Paulette Price and Sandra Cooke. I received my ARCT (Piano Teacher) Diploma with First-Class Honours from the Royal Conservatory of Music. For many years I served on the council of the Ottawa Region Branch of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association. I am currently a full member of the Québec Music Teachers’ Association. I have also taught drama and musical theatre to children and teens for the past 15 years, co-authoring four original musicals and many children’s plays.
Teaching Info
On-line piano lessons are a preferred option for many students for a variety of reasons. Teaching on-line since 2020 has enabled me to expand my studio across North America and Europe. All you need is a laptop or tablet, and you can take piano lessons in the comfort your home. Lessons are offered via the Zoom application, which is very simple to use.
