Welcome to Guylaine Beaulieu Guitar Lessons!

I studied music at the Laval University Music School and at the University of Montreal.

I have been teaching guitar since 1975. I have taught guitar in private lessons, group lessons, at home, at home and in several elementary and secondary schools, as an extracurricular activity.

I teach using Claude McKinnon’s My First Steps on the Guitar method, a method approved by the Ministry of Education.

I have been a member and teacher of the Claude McKinnon Guitar Society since its creation in 1981, where I have attended teaching courses from 1st to 7th level.

I teach children from three years old as well as adults.

Now I teach at home, which is also my school, in private lessons or in small groups.

My specialty is teaching classical guitar.

My school is an exciting place where anyone who wants to start or improve their guitar skills is welcome.

Teaching Info

– Private lessons: for all ages and levels. 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute lessons, depending on age and ability.
Music theory and music theory are included in the courses.
Note that a smaller guitar, either 2/4 or 3/4, is recommended for younger children.
– Group lessons: (assessment required). 60-minute lessons.
– Concerts
– Participation in competitions , if desired.
– Preparation for entering Cégep or the Conservatoire , if desired.
