Bio

Because I learned to play piano later in life, I have a particular understanding of adults who would like to learn to play an instrument but feel it is too late. I know first-hand the unique challenges adult learners face. I also appreciate how precious learning piano as a child can be, having wanted to learn my whole life.

I am dedicated to making learning piano easier than you think and welcome students of all ages!

I have composed over 60 pieces of music and love to help students discover and hone their own compositional gifts!

Teaching Info

In order to provide students with a well-rounded musical education, I teach the Royal Conservatory of Music curriculum, and I supplement that with a variety of curated pieces from modern and living composers. I also encourage improvisation and composition.
